The lowest point in Denizli is Sarayköy Town with an altitude of 170 m above sea level. Other altitudes are as follows: Denizli 428 m, Buldan Town 609 m, Güney Town 800 m, Çal and Çardak Towns 850 m, Acıpayam and Tavas Towns 950 m, Kale Town 1000 m and Çameli Town 1359 m.

Lower areas include Böceli, Goncalı, Sarayköy, Denizli Plains and Buldan’s Büyük Menderes Plain. Denizli City is located on the north hillside of Mount Karcı. These hills separate Denizli from the low plains.
